*4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
*Lemon Juice to taste (When I made this I didn't have any lemon juice so I didn't put any in and it tasted just fine).
*Salt to taste
*Pepper to taste
*Celery salt to taste
*Paprika to taste (I also didn't have any of this either but it probably would have been good).
*Can of cream of mushroom soup
*Can of cream of celery soup
*1/3 cup dry sherry or white wine (Instead of using wine, although the alcohol burns out, you can use orange juice, apple juice, grape juice, basically any juice you like) (I used orange juice and it was good).
*grated Parmesan cheese
1) Season chicken with lemon juice, salt, pepper, celery salt, and paprika. Place in slow cooker.
2) Combine soups with sherry/juice. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
3)cover. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
4) Serve with rice.
*I shred the chicken a couple of hours before it is done so that the flavor soaks into the chicken.
