Help!!!

I am sick of the food I make. It is always the same old thing! I need new recipes that are easy, fast, and good. Any ideas? I love crock pot recipes...if you can't tell!

Pirate Stew

3/4 cup sliced onion
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup uncooked, long grain rice
3 cups diced raw potatoes
1 cup diced celery
2 cups canned kidney beans, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. peper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup water

1. Brown onions and ground beef in skillet. Drain.
2. Layer ingredient in slow cooker in order given above.
3. Cover. Cook on low 6 hours or until potatoes and rice are cooked.

Variation:
Add a layer of 2 cups sliced carrots between potatoes and celery.

*This is one of my favorite stews!!!

Chicken Noodle Soup

5 cups of water
2 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules, or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
46 oz can chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken
1 tsp. salt
4 cups "homestyle" noodles, uncooked
1/3 cup thinly sliced celery, lightly pre-cooked in microwave
1/3 cup shredded or chopped carrots

1. Dissolve bouillon in water. pour into slow cooker.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
3. Cover. Cook on low 4-6 hours.

I split this recipe in half because it's a lot for just Nate and I. I would added 2 bouillon cubes even if you split the recipe in half. Also, I didn't use "homestyle" noodles, I just used regular noodles and they were really soggy. If you use regular noodle I would put them in a few hours before it is done.

Chicken Enchiladas

*4 lb. (2-4 chicken breasts, depending on the size) chicken, cooked and cubed or shredded
*10-12 flour tortillas
*1 lbs (give or take, depending how much cheese you want) shredded cheese
*1 large can of enchilada sauce (I use mild)
*1 can cream of chicken soup
*1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
*1 cup milk

Mix all canned foods with milk. Spread spoonful of soup mixture with chicken and cheese into the center of tortilla. Roll the tortilla and place in pan. Pour remaining soup mixture over tortillas and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Can add additional toppings: tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, green onions, sliced olives, salsa.

Cafe Rio Salad Dressing

*1 buttermilk ranch dressing packet OR 2 cups buttermilk ranch dressing
*2 tomatillos-quartered (remove husks)
*1/2 bunch cilantro
*1 clove garlic-minced
*Juice of 1 lime
*1 jalapeno OR a few drops of green tabasco

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.

Baked Chicken Breasts

*2-3 whole chicken breasts
*2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
*1 can cream of chicken soup
*1/2 cup dry sherry (I used orange juice, you can use any fruit juices)
*1 tsp. dried tarragon or rosemary or both (I used rosemary)
*1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
*4oz can sliced mushrooms, drained (I don't like mushrooms so I didn't put any in)

1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker
2. In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Heat until smooth and hot. Pour over chicken
3. Cover. Cook on low 8-10 hours

*I shredded the the chicken a couple of hours before it was ready.

Baked Ziti

*1 pound of Zita, rigatoni, or other tube shaped pasta.
*1 (15 ounce) carton of low-fat ricotta cheese
*1 cup grated mozzarella or part yellow and white cheese
*1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
*1 bottle of spaghetti sauce

1) Cook noodles according to the package directions but cut the cooking time in half.
2) In a large bowl combine ricotta cheese, cheese, Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
3) After noodles are cooked half way, mix them in with the cheese mixture.
4) Pour into a greased 9x13 inch glass dish.
5) Pour spaghetti sauce over the mixture in the pan (I don't usually use a whole bottle but that is because I don't like a lot of spaghetti sauce).
6) Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes of baking time.
