Sweet Pork (comparable to Cafe Rio's pork)

1 lb. pork tenderloin
4 to 5 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce (I actually use salsa)
1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar to taste

combine tomato sauce and brown sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Poor over pork in slow cooker and cook on high 3 to 4 hours or on low all day. I shred the pork a couple of hours before it is done. You can serve as a salad, burrito or little sandwiches.

I've totally tried this before - except I use a 3 lbs pork instead and I add a can of coke in it... I'll have to try it this way and see if there's a huge difference or not.
